He finds every page, form and price the change touches, and writes down exactly what will change, one line per edit.

Mike approves it
Nothing on your site changes until Mike has read the plan and said yes. If anything's unclear, we ask you first.

The edits are made, then every number is checked against the plan, including what your payment forms will actually charge.

Fair questions
Before you hand over your website
Do I lose control of my website?
No. Mike approves a written plan before anything changes, and everything can be undone. Your site, your hosting and your logins stay yours.
What if it breaks something?
Every change is snapshotted first, checked after, and reversible. If a check fails, the change is put back the way it was before we go any further.
Can you work on my site if you didn't build it?
Yes, if it's WordPress. Setup maps it first: every page, price, form and payment, so later changes are quick and safe.
Is my customers' data safe?
Here's exactly what Crassus can and can't see. He works in your website's admin area, with a login you set up for us, on the same pages, forms and settings you'd edit yourself. If your site keeps bookings or orders, that login can see them, so he may look at them to check nothing got stuck, and only for that. The copies he saves before a job are of your pages and forms, not your customers' records. He never logs in to your payment provider, such as Stripe or PayPal: prices are checked in a preview, and no real payment is made. Crassus is an AI, so what he reads during a job passes through the AI service he runs on. Mike supervises every job.
How quick is it?
Setup takes the longest, because Crassus maps your whole site first. Once your site is set up, the aim is a few minutes of Mike's review for each change. We'll tell you honestly how long yours takes.
What does it cost?
Enquire for pricing. Setup is a one-off fee, Care is a monthly plan with a set number of updates, and bigger Boost projects are quoted. Setup always comes first, because it's the work that makes every later change quick.
