Three steps. No jargon.

Tell us what's wrong
Ring, email or book online. "It's slow", "the wifi keeps dropping out" or "I clicked something" is plenty to go on.

Mike and Crassus get to work
Crassus, our robot, does the careful, patient checking and Mike makes the calls. A restore point comes before anything risky, and every change is written down so it can be traced.

Get it back, with your report
You get your PC back and a short, friendly report. The plain-English part comes first, and the nerdy detail is there if you want it.

Before you hand over your PC
Who is Crassus, and is he really fixing my computer?
Crassus is our AI technician, and Mike is in charge. Crassus works on the bench under his direction. It's very good at patient, repetitive checking, and it's under strict rules: it never touches your security settings, never installs anything you didn't ask for, and logs every action with how to undo it.
What happens to my files and privacy?
Your files stay on your PC. When the job's done, our repair tools are removed. We keep a job record so we can stand behind the work. See our privacy policy for what's in it and how long we keep it.
Does the AI read my files or emails?
No. Crassus works on Windows itself: settings, updates, drivers and start-up. Mike supervises the whole job.
Do you come to me?
Yes. Home and office visits anywhere in the Perth metro area, or drop it in to our home office south of the river by arrangement.
Do you fix Macs or phones?
Not Macs, not at the moment. We're looking into it, but for now it's Windows only; ring us and we'll point you somewhere decent. Android phones are coming soon, so if yours is playing up, ring us anyway.
What if it can't be fixed?
We tell you straight, explain why in the report, and give you your options. We don't do surprise bills.
How long does it take?
Most jobs are done in a day or two. We'll give you a time when you book.
Do you do businesses too?
Yes. Business reports come with the technical detail: specs, downtime and what to budget for next.
